Draws now end like draws
Games that cannot make progress no longer drift toward a timeout. The shared rules
engine now recognises the drawn positions unique to a king economy.
Threefold repetition and 100 turns without progress end automatically.
Two bare kings with no coins are recognised as a dead position.
Online opponents can offer and agree a draw during the game.
